Delivery Term

For pieces available in stock, the deadline will be 5 working days after payment confirmation, plus the shipping deadline according to the postal service.

For pieces not available in stock, the deadline will be up to 30 days after confirmation of payment, plus the deadline for sending the postal service.

As for exclusive pieces, the deadline will be up to 45 days after payment confirmation, plus the deadline for sending the post service.

After all, all Lily Silvestre pieces are produced according to demand.

Please note: Taxes for international shipments are not included in the shipping cost. There may be some fee charged by the local authority depending on the destination country.


Exchange and Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and request a refund or exchange it for another item you like.

The deadline for returning your order is 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receiving the package. After this period, the reason for regret or withdrawal of the purchase will be disregarded.

The email message to request the return must contain:

- the reason for returning
- buyer's name
- order number and date

Returns will not be accepted if the pieces show the following evidence:

- Evidence of inappropriate use of the product;

- Indications of accidental damage;

- Natural wear and tear as a result of use;

- Indications of any maintenance service that has been carried out outside the Lily Silvestre factory or by a supplier that has not been recommended by our team.

In case of exchange, the piece must not have any indication of use. After we receive the returned piece, a discount coupon will be sent for the same value as the previously purchased jewel, so that you can buy any other model available in our online store at The coupon will be valid for 90 calendar days.

Rings that were purchased in the wrong size will be charged to have the size adjusted.

The pieces must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by all the content received: warranty certificate, invoice, cards, etc.

We will answer your e-mail with the confirmation of the return and all the necessary information for the shipment to be made!

The refund of the amount paid will only be made after we receive the piece.

If the product does not comply with the conditions described herein, Lily Silvestre has the right not to accept the exchange or return of the product.
