Delivery Policy

For pieces available in stock - they will be posted within 5 working days after payment confirmation. Then it's up to the mail service and country of destination.

For pieces that are out of stock or for special orders such as exclusive pieces or a personalized detail - please allow up to 30 working days after payment confirmation for them to be posted.

All Lily Silvestre's jewellery are handmade to order in our brazilian workshop.

 

Please note: Duties and taxes for international freights are not included in your shipping costs. Items purchased from outside Brazil might have a customs fee charged by your local authority.

 

 

Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your online purchase, it's possible to return it and exchange it for another item or ask for a refund. Note that we can only exchange it for a different design, not the same one with a different size. Freight costs will not be refunded and customers must pay for the return shipping.

The term to return your order is 7 consecutive days after receiving it. After that period any notification sent to our team will be disregarded.

The e-mail requesting return of the order must contain:

- reason of the return
- name of the buyer
- number and date of the order

 

Attention
Returns won't be accepted if the jewellery presents any of these following evidences:

- Inappropriate wear;
- Accidental damage or scratch;
- Damage due to wearing;
- Any maintenance service done out of our workshop or with no recommended supplier

In case of exchanges, the item must indicate no trace of wearing. After receiving the returned piece, you will receive a discount cupon in the same price as the jewellery you've purchased so you can buy any other available design available at our online shop http://lilysilvestre.com . The cupon will expire after 90 consecutive days.

Rings that have been purchased with a wrong size will be charged for resizing!

Pieces must be returned in the original packaging with all contents inside: certificate, cards, invoice, etc.

We will answer your return request e-mail with all the information you need for shipping the product back to us.

Important
In case the returned jewellery does not comply with any of these requirements, Lily Silvestre reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund of the purchase.
